Both Daniel and Sharon were absolutely amazing to work with and the gentleman that came to our house for closing, Lincoln was very pleasant. He answered every question that we had. Sharon was always very quick to respond whenever I had a question it was very pleasant to speak with If we ever refinance again we will definitely continue to work with PennyMac in the future. What a wonderful team and to be able to do this work amidst a global pandemic speaks volumes of your company.
I had to make 3 attempts to get my refinancing done. I was never told that I needed to have over 2k for closing costs so I had to reschedule with the notary. The phone process to get ahold of someone took quite a long time while I was sitting with the notary on the phone trying to get some answers as to why there were closing costs.
Excellent staff and flexibility during these times. Thank you for everything.

Due to no fault of anyone a global pandemic broke out and we just got lost in the shuffle. We did manage to close though and that was pretty spectacular. There just wasn’t much communication. Luckily, I worked in mortgage for years and am familiar with the process. If I did not have that background, this would have been a bad experience.
It was just a great experience all around.
