I had to make 3 attempts to get my refinancing done. I was never told that I needed to have over 2k for closing costs so I had to reschedule with the notary. The phone process to get ahold of someone took quite a long time while I was sitting with the notary on the phone trying to get some answers as to why there were closing costs.

The application process was very easy and streamlined. The only thing I would have liked is more than one communication per week because it can be an anxious time. When I did call, I liked that someone on the team would answer and had access to your information so you didn’t have to wait on just one person.

Ashley Tolliver was a great communicator. If I sent her an email she would respond immediately, in minutes, every time. Robert Dickey was very pleasant to work with and was very flexible. Any time I wanted to change something or had a question it was no problem for him. Really a great experience and I believe the process only took about 30 days!
