The team went above and beyond, especially Roberto, and Elizabeth.
We started our application process back in January or something. It took long enough that we had to have our income and employment checked a second time. Our loan was in underwriting for a long time, and it took a good while for our loan to get there too. Not a huge deal, but it took much longer than I expected. We had a miscommunication on the phone and our closing documents didn’t reflect our buy down, so we had to reschedule after the notary showed up at our house.
The whole process was great. No heartburn whatsoever.
What made it great was Aaron Arce and Marques Lusk.

Jacob was very knowledgeable and had a awesome personality. I'm sure the virus situation delayed a lot of things which made it difficult but overall it was a great experience thanks Jacob
