It seems in the 3 months it took to get the loan processed we would receive weekly calls telling us that our application was pending. When it was time to close the closing document was not what we agreed to. The week before closing we had several questions with the loan processor and the account representative to which no one responded to our emails. This is the last time we will obtain and type of financing needs with Pennymac and will not recommend our friends and family to use Pennymac.

Jacob was very knowledgeable and had a awesome personality. I'm sure the virus situation delayed a lot of things which made it difficult but overall it was a great experience thanks Jacob
Charles Mason and the entire PennyMac team working on our refinancing were amazing. They were not only expertly professional, extremely efficient, and always clear in all the processes and communications required to complete our transactions, they were extremely personable, friendly, and caring in everything they did with us. They made the whole refinancing endeavor easy, painless, and flawless. They always made us feel in the hands of not only gifted professionals, but trusted friends.

I kept playing phone tag the FIRST time I tried getting the loan (partially because the loan officer was out sick- but no one else helped him while he was out) so everything timed out and I was forced to start over and have my credit report ran a second time. Then the person who took over for the second part (Conrad) was rude and condescending. Once Blen took over my loan, I have no complaints. With COVID-19 hitting everyone hard, I know she did her best to get the loan processed efficiently.
I had an exceptional experience in this refi endeavor and all aspects were handled in a timely and professional manner. I would most definitely recommend PennyMac Loan Services to anyone looking for any type of loan financial services and that this time I would like to thank everyone who was included in this experience. Most grateful and extremely satisfied.
Timeline was as communicated. Process was not overwhelming, especially during the last days. FYI, I recommend the staff work better to confirm receipt of requested items after submission.
Everyone was friendly and very helpful getting me refinanced and getting what I wanted out of my home. The documents you requested more than once as I answered in the survey were more than likely caused by me and not someone on your end. My experience was great and I will use again in the future.
