Sharon Sidhu was very easy to deal with and made the entire process run very smooth. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Sharon was extremely friendly and professional. She is definitely an asset to Penny Mac. Thank you for having such a professional on your staff.
It seems in the 3 months it took to get the loan processed we would receive weekly calls telling us that our application was pending. When it was time to close the closing document was not what we agreed to. The week before closing we had several questions with the loan processor and the account representative to which no one responded to our emails. This is the last time we will obtain and type of financing needs with Pennymac and will not recommend our friends and family to use Pennymac.
Everything was smooth and quick. My agent stayed in touch with me the whole time to keep me updated.

Timeline was as communicated. Process was not overwhelming, especially during the last days. FYI, I recommend the staff work better to confirm receipt of requested items after submission.
