Awesome experience during a major crisis - COVID-19
Joshua and Tameka were extremely knowledgeable and courteous while navigating me through the VAIRRL. Thank you for your continued support and for meeting y families mortgage needs. Please stay safe and healthy.
Better communication and follow up.
Great communication, lots of help when needed.
they did a great job
Tameka was great. She communicated well but did not receive communication from other departments and agencies. She was not notified of closing reschedules and notaries were not in contact with her about time frames, and cash to close.
