Very easy process, as we had an existing loan and Penny Mac treated us with a high level of customer service.
Tameka was great. She communicated well but did not receive communication from other departments and agencies. She was not notified of closing reschedules and notaries were not in contact with her about time frames, and cash to close.
Closing was very fast - documents were incorrect though.
Jason Stevens was excellent and proficient. Responded to calls in timely manner and gave honest and helpful information, and helpful direction. However, Marquez Luck was another story. His lack of communication was noteable, explanations were poor, difficult to reach him, and requested documents numerous times after they had been submitted initially. Requested another agent. but could not get one. He may have worked hard, but I was totally frustrated with him throughout the process.
