The worst customer service experience I have ever had with financing or refinancing, and have purchased more than 7 homes in my life time Poor communication. No return calls. No contact with Miss Howard by phone until the last week before closing. Multiple messages left. Nobody returns calls. Lots of run around. Never spoke to the same person. Needed to speak with a supervisor twice because of poor communication. Very negative experience. Would not recommend to anyone.
My issues are specifically with Aida Garcia communication style. When she talked to me she was often condescending and patronizing; she sounded annoyed to have to deal with a customer. I was following all her instructions and I still was treated like I wasn't doing it right. In one instance, she called me to let me know the final closing cost amount and I asked her to send me this information by mail; her reply was disdainful and unpleasant. I had to insist to get it by email.
I understand there was a high volume of applications, but i could never get ahold of my loan officer when i called, and several emails went unanswered
The service was great towards the middle to end.
