Very timely
We felt jerked around throughout the entire process. Our loan officer gave us a pre-approval only to retract it because they didn't get the right documents after we put an offer on a home. After a lengthy struggle and phone tag we finally got a final approval only to have it pulled. One hour before closing they were still trying to chase down employement verification. The only positive is that our loan handlers seemed kind. That said, the entire process was stressful and I wouldnt recommend.
Great Customer Service
This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever dealt with. Pennymac is hard to deal with. I absolutely do not recommend them.
From start to finish feel like I was giving Cricket customer service. The rates were very competitive and and it was honestly the best offer I received. The close was simple and quick.
THE PEOPLE I WORKED WITH WERE PLEASENT AND VERY HELPFUL . THANK YOU !!!
