Ease of access and whole process completed promptly
Signing was cancelled and not communicated with me. I had to find our from the notary. Neither Robert Gillespie nor Eric Aron communicated with me. Took over a week for Robert to even call me. Then informed he would call me in a day or 2 with an update. I NEVER did receive a call back from him. The same applies to Eric Aron. Both lied to me. Finally got a supervisor Chakeeta Adams who helped and followed through with communication. Very, very disappointed in your customer service
It was quick and easy, they made the loan process painless.

Promises made by different people about no out of pocket costs didn't happen, so the manager had to get involved. With the delays in getting to the right people my closing fell into the next month so I had to get new documents and new payment amounts created.
