From beginning to end we felt important, informed and satisfied with our decision to do our refined with Penny Mac. I was a little wary as I had a bad experience with a call center rep before, however Eric listened and valued my feelings and apprehension. Lana was on top of the whole process and got us to closing without a hitch. Anytime I called in to ask a question I was greeted pleasantly and felt like I was number 1. Thank you for your great service!

After I submit the refinancing application, I received four times about "Payoff Demand Statement." I was not sure what it is. Of course, Gwendolyn Wheaton and Taylor Fiorelli helped me nicely to figure out what it is. But, PennyMac definitely needs to have careful attention about it. It is not clear why unnecessary statement sent me multiple times.

The closing documents were incorrect the first time. I expressed my unhappiness to James and he got right on it. The closing took an additional 3 weeks, but Pennymac made the documents accurate at the second closing. Nothing is perfect, but Pennymac did a great job in correcting their error, timely and with good communication.

I felt like once I got passed on from Patrick.....communication was poor I had to call many times with questions. I never got the second contacts information....He would call periodically but I would have liked to have more contact to see how things were going. Patrick was great at the beginning I just wish we could have had him all the way through
