Pennmac is a great Mortgage company to have for your Mortgage. They make my experience effort less.
Better communications, I had to initiate communications. Not having to deal with many different agents. People not making assumptions. Repetitive questions from different agents.
I was very happy to do a refinance with PennyMac Loan Services. They made me feel comfortable throughout the process and made me feel proud that I had succeeded with my goals to get to this point where I had made the correct financial choices to be able to get a better deal on my current loan. They kept me notified throughout and I was able to supply them with the documents they requested on the same day they asked for them so the process seemed like it flowed easily.

Simple process.
Our loan process couldn't have been simpler, we just had to upload a few documents and wait for approval. Elisabeth answered all our question and put everything together for us, and the notary came right to our house. So easy! Thanks again for the wonderful experience.
Better communication with the agents about the process of the loan and who is all involved such as other party like the VA
