This was our second loan with PennyMac and it went as smoothly as the first one. Great to deal with.
Eric was absolutely wonderful from the 1st day I called until closing.
I have closed many, many times and on many homes but this was truly the worst experience of my life. I have never in my lifetime received such poor customer service. Nearly every time I called was a nightmare. A NIGHTMARE!!! I cannot stress this enough. I think I have PTSD from this closing. At one point it was so bad, I was thinking I cannot be talking to Penny Mac....this must be fraud. I honestly thought about calling the AG of your state to report it at one point. It was terrible.

The LO was not patient and when I asked questions to get clarity about the loan numbers he spoke to me as if I should know even though I asked. He did not seem personable as if I was just another loan trying to get done to meet a quota.
