It took 3 weeks to talk to Ron. There was no explanation of how much would be added to my $240,000 when everything was finished which is now $247,500 with $2000 coming back ?? I had to phone all the time, they changed my program with out my knowledge which I had to correct. This was a very unpleasant experience over the past 2 months. I hope you try to improve as a company !!!
What made my experience so great.. Penny Mac was offering a Black Friday deal and I was able to save $350 additional dollars at closing. So my initials closing amount to bring to the table went DOWN BY 350.00 ALL Glory to GOD for BLESSING ME.
