All went very smooth and quickly. The team was great.
First of all Shead asked me for the same documents multiple times , I didn’t receive answers in a timely manner & needed to go threw other employees to get them & I’ve been with PennyMac mortgage company with the mortgage I had from the house I sold & can’t understand why the information isn’t in my file already !

PennyMac did a bate and switch on the initial loan quote they provided me. Had to have a manager looped in. Finally got approval to proceed with loan honoring the initial loan quote.
5 stars. Penny Mac was great, both realtors were very impressed as was the closing agent.
Easy to get someone on phone and the same person worked with me through whole process
James Crowley was amazing! He was always there to answer all of our questions and responded promptly even on weekends all times of the day.
