5 stars. Penny Mac was great, both realtors were very impressed as was the closing agent.
Easy to get someone on phone and the same person worked with me through whole process
James Crowley was amazing! He was always there to answer all of our questions and responded promptly even on weekends all times of the day. We are so happy with James and the whole process was a great experience! I just want to say Thanks to James and the whole Penny Mac team. Sincerely, Juan Berrios

It was pretty easy to communicate and work together.
I got the cash out I needed and within the expected timeframe.
Sandra was awesome! Kept it professional yet fun and exciting. Hard to do when we have all been through the process a few times. Get a chance, ask for her!
