Sandra was awesome! Kept it professional yet fun and exciting. Hard to do when we have all been through the process a few times. Get a chance, ask for her!
She was not very concerned, would make statements that contradict herself, she said any of my emails she could did not received, even though other agent have, she was not helpful, my closing was successful by other agents and not her. However I am pleased with the company.
communication was great through the process. Only complaint is/was that employment verification happened a second time 1 day before closing with an urgent email---you must have your employer do this. It was able to happen...but I needed to specifically ask my boss to expedite and that is not a good thing to do for anyone
Too many "Ups & Downs" , missed some communication . At the end process went fine but process and communication can be smoother
