My interaction with Patrick Peavy was most of my communication about my loan but he was not able to correct the problems I was having without reaching out to someone else. My process took 3 months and I had 3 closing dates before the paperwork was correct. Communication within your company is poor. I went with you for my refinance because I was an existing customer and I thought it would be a quicker process.

Once I was finally set up with Patrick he communicated with me frequently and with knowledge. The whole process took longer then expected but, I don't feel that was Patrick's fault or Pennymac's. I feel it was due to the high volume of refi and maybe the working from home during this pandemic.

Patrick Peavy was very responsive and helpful. Though, beyond Patrick, it was difficult to get answers to questions and/or a status of where I was in the process. There were times when days would go by without receiving responses to emailed questions. I found it less than ideal to email the MyMac Team alias because I wasn't sure anyone was actually reading those emails. Similarly, I found the PennyMac 1-888 # useless. You never spoke to an actual person and always had to leave a message.

I did refinance to take advantage of the low interest rates. I closed in a timely manner. Refinance went smooth.

I am very happy the Penny Mac Team handled my loan. They were very professional from the start till closing. I have dealt with other loan company also to see which has the best offer and several times the loan estimate was revised even the lockup rate change and the money i have to bing the table. But Penny Mac is consistent in their dealings with us from the start. Thanks to Andree P. Patrick P, Maleena and to the rest for their support. More power and God Bless!

Patrick was great, but until I was put in touch with Patrick there was a lack of communication which resulted in our initial application for the refinance to lapse. Getting directly in touch with the loan agent is not always easy. Wish we could email or call directly versus being put through a call center or mass email portal.
