The documentas you guyts require that you already had. asking for more then what i can give you. asking for twice as much for payrol check stubs when you had them at the beginnig of thew loan staus. Overall you guys are to much. And its not Patrick faults he just had to deal with the underwritting team as he call you. Patrick was awsome through the whole loan process. Also everytime when we were about done you guys would want something else. I was already to give up on you guys and go with someo

Patrick was very polite and patient with me as I asked numerous questions throughout the process. He was great to work with and made the process a breeze.
Prior to working with Patrick and Craig, our previous officer was not very responsive. We missed our target closing date three times due to lack of communication and responses. The officer would not communicate with me, but only with my fiancee despite numerous requests by both of us to change the primary communication party. Once Craig and Patrick joined, things moved more efficiently and we're finally able to close (albeit a month after we were originally expecting due the previous officer.
The whole process was smooth and seamless from my perspective I really appreciate PennyMac sending somebody to my house to complete the closing!
First, Ashley did a great job of picking up my loan at the tail end. She communicated with me and did her best to get our loan closed. Prior to Ashley, I was exceptionally disappointed in the lack of response from Sarah Olsen. I was repeatedly asked for the same documents which I provided when I completed the application. The spelling of our address on our closing documents was incorrect throughout the entire package.
Had an overall Great experience! very informative and professional at all times! Highly recommend this company!
This refinance process was the fastest, easiest mortgage experience I’ve ever had. PennyMac staff was informative, friendly, and made the process easy to understand. The costs were reasonable, and we found ourselves in a new, more affordable mortgage.
Everything was great. However, my street address was incorrect on all the documents. I live on Burlington Court.
