Patrick would always return your call and ready to help in whatever ways he can. I am very pleased with his approach. Thanks
Loan did not close when I was told it would. It was over 30 days past original date. I wasn’t told I would have to pay off my Car loan until the very end of the process.
Easy to use portal, communication was timely and when I had questions, response time was great
A little more care for the customer’s time zone. Basic fact-finding regarding the sale of a previously owned property. The biggest issue, though, was with closing. I don’t think this was so much on the part of PennyMac, but the title company showed virtually no care for closing our loan. Rescheduled multiple times. Unprofessional attitude from title representative.
After applying, I didn't hear back from anyone and I had to call to get the process started. My loan officer, Michael, was excellent. Very informative and professional. My first processor, Caprecia, was terrible. She repeatedly asked for the same documents over and over again. She did not explain the process clearly at all, and seemed annoyed by questions. My second processor, Patrick, was excellent. Fixed the previous errors, and answered questions thoroughly. I am grateful he closed my loan.
Overall the process was really easy, you talk to a loan officer and get some initial quotations. Then you are assigned a loan processor that you communicate throughout the process. Due to the large volume of loan they are processing, sometimes you may have to call them and get a call back to talk to the processor. Other than that and one computer error that delayed the closing by about a week, we were happy with the results and would recommend PennyMac to people.
Patrick was very easy to work with and was available to answer my questions and wait on the phone to confirm the documents needed from me did in fact show up on the portal.
I love the online tracking system also making it easy to provide info. The application review w/loan officer Angey Wu was excellent. I'm absolutely grateful for Patrick Peavy, the mymac team member assigned to my loan. During such a stressful time, it was reassuring that he would reply to my questions and concerns in such a timely, thorough and caring manner. Patrick helped ease my nervousness about this process and that's priceless. Thank you!
