Everything went according to schedule.
Easiest refinancing process. I just uploaded requested documents to an online portal and waited for closing.
Patrick did a wonderful job and worked very hard for me. The overall experience was not good at all. We had lengthy wait times to close and then the closing estimates were wrong and did not include to original agreements we had made. It was an extremely frustrating process and If I had the choice would not likely do it again. I think there needs to be better and open communication between the different groups in your agency so things translate smoothly from start to finish better.

My refinance journey started with my loan rep Jason P. that gave me my quote. I felt like he was very upfront, thorough, and knowledgeable about the entire refinance process. He worked hard to earn my business. Once I agreed to the terms the PennyMac Team walked me through the paperwork I needed. There were slight delays, but only a few days which felt like weeks.
