I had a clear idea about what I wanted from the loan. I had some confusion about the loan not loading when expected at the end but that was from lack of experience with loan closings of this kind. My only suggestion is the main call in number. I found it difficult to reach who I needed, often with long wait times. I was never sure that I was leaving a message in the right place. The loan officers were excellent, the phone system issues were PennyMac. Overall a very good experience.

I was set to close on June 24th. That closing was cancelled. I was not informed about the cancellation by penny mac. I was informed through a third party notary service. I called and called for two days after that only to be informed on the third day that something had been wrong with the principal interest. I did in fact close on the refinance on June 29th. Today is July 6th. I still have not received the funds wired to my account. Even though I was told it would be wired in 3 days. poor commun
Very difficult to get through for a telephone conversation, actually impossible. Hold on, hold on, hold on, then a disconnect. Email somewhat better.
