The closing process was long but smooth. my concern for the entire process is more around the initial review of different options. it seemed as though other options except for 1 or 2 possible year/rate options were not evaluated or communicated.
Mykela did a great work. Only negative is that sometimes it was hard to reach to her but I think it is because of the busy times. Another negative is the comms; they were breaking all the time and it was hard to have a clear conversation; I don't if it is the phone service but it was difficult. Anyways she did great. Thanks Mykela.
