Shay was the only person who moved this loan forward,and properly.The rest of the company needs a lot more training.Look and see how many phone calls I made! Then Shay contacted me and the whole ball started rolling. I took my other loan with PENNYMAC and the process went so smooth.what happened this time is beyond me. Thanks Shay!

Once Amanda got involved things went very well... the problems were all from the beginning of the process... applied in end of October and ball was dropped for 6 weeks with no progress then had to start over from the beginning

There was an employment letter that I sent in and it took your staff a minute to realize They had the document. It held up my princess 5 days cause they kept dating it wasn’t what they needed.

Good communication throughout the loan process. Used technology when it made sense, real people called to follow up and offer help. Closed super fast and documents were accurate.

Friendly, professional, many double checks and reassurances, creative solutions- any difference in policy was small/insignificant or clearly explained from the initial intake loan officer to her (and signing is in blue ink 😊)
