got tired of being asked for the same information over and over and over again. This is out 3rd time of working with Penny Mac and it was the biggest pain in the _ss of any of them.
I personally had a great experience working with PennyMac in refinancing my house. It can be very har and confusing, with so many lenders available, to select a lender to work with you. From start to finish, communication was great. Access to the client portal was a pleasant experience for me. Being able to upload documents securely and timely in additional to being able to track my process added convenience and value to my experience.
I do not want to elaborate
There was a couple of small glitches during the process but they were taken care of. Overall the Andrea and Reid took good care of me.
Shay was the only person who moved this loan forward,and properly.The rest of the company needs a lot more training.Look and see how many phone calls I made! Then Shay contacted me and the whole ball started rolling. I took my other loan with PENNYMAC and the process went so smooth.what happened this time is beyond me. Thanks Shay!
Jazmin was very clear in explaining and correcting any questions we had.
Everyone that I spoke with were very professional. They always answered to all of my questions. They could have closed long ago if it wasn't my fault. They were perfect including the Title company and the Notary Public that they selected. Thank you PennyMac. Pierre Denis
