Better communication and not having to deal with multiple people
Good communication.
Timely communication from the beginning to end of process. Ability to track progress on our end.
This is my fifth financing with PennyMac. I am well pleased in all my dealings. Nicholas was both attentive and informative.
The Lender we got paired with from the start should have been the person being in contact with us through the whole process!
Shay was the pillar throughout the transaction. Even though the closing had to be postponed due to errors on the payoff in the closing docs it was Shay who helped get things sorted out quickly. Old loan servicing sold during eefi process so in fairness it wasn't really anyone's fault. All in all a good experience and you can't beat the 1.99 rate.
Charles was excellent and always attentive and available to speak with me
Jazmine is absolutely the best. Always took care of my questions immediately, could not have asked for anything better!
Being able to close on time without any delays. Even though request for documents was repetitive, the team did a great job to ensure there were huddles to close on time.
