4.5 Star Great service quick response
I think the process itself is very efficient. The reason for my low rating was due to my disclosure documents being incorrect. When I had questions, I was never connected to my advisor. Instead, I spoke to several different reps who could not answer any of my questions. They simply notified my advisor, in which we never spoke by phone to discuss. The emails I sent did receive a very brief response without an answer, nor a clear direction on how to resolve. We eventually got the document corrected..
