More interaction, and probably pre-scheduled, with individuals like Shay. She was the bright spot in this very unpleasant process. Communication was frequent but not always fruitful, receiving calls almost daily during the work day and unscheduled. Evening calls interrupted family time, which again would be manageable with a little notice. The help I got from Jazmin was great. It was the other departments that processed the wrong insurance company. Also, It took 25 minutes going through your call system to get a person to talk to me about insurance. Poor system....ask the same questions over and over and over again.
