Jason Stevens and Brian Mitchell were very professional during my financing process. They kept me informed of my application process every week and sometimes a couple times a week to make sure the application was moving forward. Brian Mitchell was very polite and responded very quickly with any questions I may have had. They were two great guys to work with. Highly recommended 👍

There was a lot of communication and updates on the progress of my refinance. What you asked for to close was ridiculous. You asked for more to refinance than you did to originally finance it just one year ago. It could have been much more streamlined. I kept asking if this is all the underwriters need and they would keep coming back with more. At least a half dozen times I asked for everything needed to close, but when I supplied one round of documents, they asked for more.
