I was very pleased with the entire process! My Loan officer and his assistant made it very easy to understand and walked us through the process. They would check up on us weekly even if no documents were needed. They made the process a simple one and I would highly recommend PennyMac.
Brian did an excellent job. Very helpful , thorough and always called us back when we reached. He was there thru the whole process to help us make sure we got our loan. Overall very good experience with PennyMac
The entire loan processing team at PennyMac was amazing. From our initial call to get rates, then to do the application and receiving our approval. The constant communication updating us on the status was great. I never had to call once to see what was happening. We ended closing our refinance earlier than expected. It was a true pleasure to work with your team.
