Numbers in final closing disclosure sent to us didn’t match closing disclosure signed with notary; numbers were inaccurate. After speaking w/ Hung Nguyen about error Hung & his manager stated despite PennyMac’s error it was going to cost us, the customers, nearly $700. UNACCEPTABLE! Before closing and the Fed’s interest rate cut I was told we couldn’t get a better rate. How is that? We could’ve closed sooner as nothing delayed the process, no request for additional docs, nothing. UPSETTING!
