Response time setting up the refinance was very quick, and PennyMac was willing to work with our financial situation.
Ammie Mack was helpful in contacting Amir Rizvi with looking at the second offer I was given by another company. She had to contact him more than once to keep the process going. She was very helpful in explaining the changes that had occurred with the paperwork. She helped me with understanding the math of the paperwork. Truly enjoyed working with Ammie Mack! Cudo's to Ammie, she saved me and this loan!
There were two issues; one being the amount of time it took from request to close. We were also told not to make December's payment, yet we received first a notification that it was overdue and then that it was in default. One hand not knowing what the other hand at PennyMac was doing.
