I had to call many times to get answers to questions; Most times I had to leave a message, that resulted in almost no call backs. Financial numbers kept changing throughout the process, and I could not get answers as to why. It wasn't until I almost pulled the plug and took my business elsewhere did I start getting better attention.
Slyer walk us thru the loan . I wish we could have gotten the mortgage payment lower .
