It was wick and easy process.
I started the ReFi process on my own (because first time was a breeze) in November 2019 but didn't close until February 2020. I understand there were holiday's around the process but feel that it shouldn't have taken that much longer to process and then there were hiccups with the paperwork as well. Also, there were so many different people that I ended up speaking with and having to explain previous conversations to - that was a bit much.

I appreciate the bias for action that your team exhibited, a representative reached just minutes after I filled out the refinance form, and Skyler Young was very helpful throughout the entire process. His approach to my questions and concerns proved that he's subject matter expert.
From the beginning the communication and availability to get ahold of anyone on the team was excellent. I also really appreciated the initial consult with Skylar as he was super informative regarding the whole process.
