You took too long to close because the underwriters could not seem to understand parents placing a a child on title as JWRS.
The only problem I had was I found a lower interest rate then what I received and unfortunately PennyMac wasnt able to honor the rate I found. It was upsetting but I know the workload there going through is insane so hopefully in the future I'll be able to take advantage of the lower rate. My PennyMac team was absolutely amazing in these stressful times and I thank all of you for your hard work.

The people that I work with they were excellent , the communication and the information was great . Brian Mitchell was a great communicator with us and explain the paper work us we go thru it .
Brian did a great job. There was some miscommunication with the loan officer but Brian did his best to keep the refi on track.
My loan documents were wrong multiple times. I was the only one to catch the mistake. Brian Mitchell tried his best to accommodate me and working to make sure the documents were correct however I did have an extremely unpleasant encounter with an employee named George that I was sent to when I called in. He was not helpful, condescending and would not give me a chance to explain what I was concerned about. My concerned ended up being a huge error calculating taxes twice over instead of once.
Nick was amazing, he communicated almost daily! He was able to answer all my questions and he made an effort when some parts of the process were difficult.
