Was not happy with the interest rate you changed it was 1/2 % higher than everyone was charging and you couldn’t tell me why
What would’ve been great is if I didn’t get 20 emails asking me to complete this survey. The representative never called me outside of my working hours so we never had a real conversation and when I attempted to call her back they would put me on with someone else. I tried to explain I did not want to evaluate her since we hadn’t spoken, so I sent an email in response to one of the survey requests. Wonderful, informative, and fast
There was a total lack of communication by staff members on the Pennymac side. It all worked out in the end but didn’t need to be nearly as hard as it was.
The process was simplified and quick. Communication could have been improved.
