What would’ve been great is if I didn’t get 20 emails asking me to complete this survey. The representative never called me outside of my working hours so we never had a real conversation and when I attempted to call her back they would put me on with someone else. I tried to explain I did not want to evaluate her since we hadn’t spoken, so I sent an email in response to one of the survey requests. There was a total lack of communication by staff members on the Pennymac side. It all worked out in the end but didn’t need to be nearly as hard as it was.

Once I made up my mind that I wanted to refinance, I made the phone call and from there everyone and everything went smoothly. We closed in a timely manner. My experience with PennyMac has been a great experience. I have been with them since 2018. Thank you

Of coarse the loan officer that set up our loan was happy and spoke expectations clearly. Once I started working with Glenn he talked over me and talked to me like an idiot. I did not enjoy working with Glenn. Maybe he has some stuff going on but sure didn’t make this big event feel good. Also, It’s been over 4 months and we are still waiting for a refund because both mortgagers payed our property taxes.
