The process was great except for the closing documents. We noticed some inaccurate information that needed changed and called to have it fixed. When the closing documents arrived we couldn’t sign because they were still not correct and it delayed our closing.
Tiffany and all other PennyMac staff were very easy to work with, and the re-fi process went smoothly.
