Exceptional work, thank you again.
The process took longer than usual and I got the same email ,without an actual update, for weeks. The email said, “no new documents needed at this time”. I had to call weekly to get updates for myself.
It was a easy process and everything was clearly explained and communicated very well.
It appears to me that everyone on the team were on the same page. All of my concerns were addressed timely. There's not much more I could ask for besides the Honesty!!! I thank you all
Your phone systems are very convoluted. When I attemptd to contact Kyle McTighe on what was said to be his direct line I always got someone else. Could not leave Mr. McTighe a voicemail. I was told that PennyMac is in the process of "rebranding". If true, my recommendation to PennyMac is to "replace your Rebranding Team. They are completely out of touch with their clients; mortgage holders like myself.
It was the easiest loan application we have ever filed. The application website was very well laid out and the loan officers I interacted with were very professional and knowledgeable. The loan also processes and closed in a very short time.
