I had a great experience and the loan team was super responsive the entire time.
It appears to me that everyone on the team were on the same page. All of my concerns were addressed timely. There's not much more I could ask for besides the Honesty!!! I thank you all
Closing was canceled the first time with absolutely no notification. Closing was then down to the wire without knowing if the MAC team would get the docs to the notary in time for the already rescheduled closing. It was communicated our deposit would be made directly to our checking account and a blank check was provided for this and yet a physical check was mailed to us with no correspondence. Better communication when there is a problem in the loan process or if the loan is in danger of being denied
What a breeze and satisfactory experience. I had been with Pennymac mortgage company for about 7 years. Never refinance so I was unsure of what do. Kami Weber and all were great braking it down and walking me thru the hole time. All of my questions were answered with a timely manner couldn’t asked for any other great company.
