First of all, who is Wanda Ivy, had no dealings with this person at any time, the overall experience was a total s*** show, the only person that had any clear communication and clearly knew and understood his job, was extremely thorough and should be congratulated on a job well done was the notary that did the closing documents, the rest of the idiots were a total f***ing joke.

Everything was fine, but I was a little shocked that my closing costs were so high. I wish it had been communicated before closing that the closing costs were going to be about a third money I was receiving. Had I had known this, I'm not sure if I would have continued the process. I keep going through my emails to see where I could have found this information, but I've been unsuccessful. I'm placing no blame, but again, I didn't realize the costs would be so high, especially since I didn't switch lending companies.

All credit cards were not paid off like promised. Communication was horrible. I had to call multiple times to make sure things were getting done to get the process moving
