My loan process was great because every loan Rep. I worked with was very professional and processed all my paperwork that was requested in a timely manner. I had only (1) hick up concerning my closing cost mis-communication, but it was immediately resolved and the closing process went smoothly thereafter.

Everything was fine, but I was a little shocked that my closing costs were so high. I wish it had been communicated before closing that the closing costs were going to be about a third money I was receiving. Had I had known this, I'm not sure if I would have continued the process. I keep going through my emails to see where I could have found this information, but I've been unsuccessful. I'm placing no blame, but again, I didn't realize the costs would be so high, especially since I didn't switch lending companies.

All credit cards were not paid off like promised. Communication was horrible. I had to call multiple times to make sure things were getting done to get the process moving
