Tony was actually great. Our experience started off great with Jacob. When it went for review, communication stopped, and nothing moved along until we desperately pleased with a manager to get involved, once that happened, our loan was moved very quickly. But it sat for more than 6 weeks with no one communicating with us, other than when WE called to ask the status, and the only response we every received was that everything was going great. Turned out to be untrue. Once tony got involved at closing, he was fantastic!

Of coarse the loan officer that set up our loan was happy and spoke expectations clearly. Once I started working with Glenn he talked over me and talked to me like an idiot. I did not enjoy working with Glenn. Maybe he has some stuff going on but sure didn’t make this big event feel good. Also, It’s been over 4 months and we are still waiting for a refund because both mortgagers payed our property taxes.

Anfernee Lee was like a pitbull. Email after email even after I was clear that my closing needed to be on a later date. Very pushy. I would not recommend her!
