Raveena Taylor was completely professional and courteous and kept us informed every step of the way. Halfway through the process we wanted to change the terms of the refinance. After she confirmed that there would be no problem fulfilling our request, she immediately worked with the team to promptly update all the docs, without extending the timeline to close. Everything just worked!
