Went with Penny Mac since they already had my mortgage and feel confident about the whole process
Great working with Laci very smooth process and provided clear instructions for each step.
Would have been a perfect 10 experience, if not for the request for repeat docs concerning Radon certification that were quickly remedied, and property address mistakes on the closing packet (also remedied) and then the mistake on the cash back numbers on the closing packet (two different numbers provided due to an additional expense appearing on the updated closing pack after correcting the address) which we still aren't sure of...we'll know when the check hits the bank. Still, a great experience.
Great communication from everyone involved in my case. Truly Grateful!!
