My first phone call to PennyMac was at the beginning of October and we did not close until mid-December. Keep in mind that my husband and I provided all necessary documentation within 24 hours of the initial request. i think i have 5 loans with you guys at the moment. that says it all
Everything was good until Lauren took over she had a attitude when I asked that the sq footage was off she didn’t seem to care or make an effort to talk to the appraisal team to fix it. We had to make phone calls and get the appraiser to fix the correct sq footage. She said it would not make a difference because it was less than 100 sq feet when we told her over and over that it was more than 100 sq ft.
