The process was easy and quick.
Great working with Laci very smooth process and provided clear instructions for each step.
Closing for the refinance took over 2 months and other than generic email stating of the loan update being within 7 days nothing else was stated. Also we are still awaiting closing cost refund to be sent to us from closing on Jan. 1st.
The whole team answered my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
