My mortgage was with PennyMac and this was a refinance. Everything was easy from the application to the closing. Very informative and always available to speak with. Closing was great with a wonderful local attorney. Would highly recommend PennyMac.

Very easy and clear with the whole process.
Very easy process
Closing for the refinance took over 2 months and other than generic email stating of the loan update being within 7 days nothing else was stated. Also we are still awaiting closing cost refund to be sent to us from closing on Jan. 1st.
The whole team answered my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
Great interactions starting with Taylor, and then Kami brought us through the rest of the closing process. A great team!
