Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and most important patient. They picked up the pieces from me trying to refi with another company. Offered comparative rate from that company although rates had begun to rise. Everyone was great, continued to explain next steps, assure me and set time frames that were accurate. Also what to thank Heather loan officer who remained stead fast and on point with my trillion questions and requests. We closed 2/25/22.

Brianna was great to talk to. The rest of the loan process was terrible. I could not get ahold of anyone to talk to. I also could not get a return call. I still today cannot get on the website.
