Good experience
There was confusion throughout the refinance process as it appeared I had 2 requests in process. One was apparently opened during my initial phone contact with a consultant and the second was opened by Michael Bojaj. This resulted in confusion on my end as to which loan application was actually in process and caused delays. I considered cancelling the request and seeking refinance through another company, but ultimately decided to stay with PennyMac.
Sometimes i did not get answered in a timely manner

PennyMac representatives were polite, timely, and accurate. Most of the work was completed on their and took very little of my time. The process was virtually seamless.
I found Laci at PennyMac to be very friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions promptly and accurately.
