I have been with PennyMac for many years and decided it was time to refinance. Working with Alberto and the MAC team was so easy and convenient. They were there through out the entire process, answering my questions, helping me get the information posted and keeping everything on time for closing. It could not have been any easier.

Its was very easy to close
The Process was extremely delayed without clear communication of when it would be completed. It would have been quicker to purchase a new home than it was to do a simple refinance. It was a little disappointing especially since my previous loan was already with pennymac. It shouldn't have taken 5 months to complete when no outside company was involved.
