I feel like I completed this survey already. The process with Erica was excellent. She was the one putting the case straight. When she got the call, she take the time to search what was the problem and help me to navigate the system. My only complaint is no for her is for everyone is sometimes as a client I have questions and we I ask the questions are no property address. They have to many case and feel like they were rushing me. I grade Erica 10!
Kyle did a great job, was a solid communicator. I can't think of anyone I would rather have dealt with. We are very satisfied with the outcome and have since started renovations to our basement level of our home!
