Well, this is an easy one, most all of what they do is good and productive on both your and their behalf. You have a question, give then a call. Should your target be busy, your call will be passed to another staff member (fully capable) you could also leave a message, they return calls. Courtesy and Knowledgeable. That's their job and they do it well. Closing was always a chore. But the local agent was also properly prepared, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. It's good overall
The payoff on old loan was about $3000+/- less than new loan amount. Thought there was minimal closing costs, knew i had requested buy down on interest rate, but new loan amount was the $3000+/- with no good answer from anyone.
