Good experience.
Very easy to work with
The payoff on old loan was about $3000+/- less than new loan amount. Thought there was minimal closing costs, knew i had requested buy down on interest rate, but new loan amount was the $3000+/- with no good answer from anyone.
I didn't get my initial refinance request, and the streamline was different than discussed. Not a happy camper, but Mr. Guerrero didn't have anything to do with my initial refi. attempt to my knowledge. The streamline is appreciated nonetheless.
