Very quick response and frequent updates on the status of my loan and closing details throughout the process.

Delayed signing of docs because docs were not accurate the first time.

The payoff on old loan was about $3000+/- less than new loan amount. Thought there was minimal closing costs, knew i had requested buy down on interest rate, but new loan amount was the $3000+/- with no good answer from anyone.
