Great experience, it was quick and efficient. Everything was explained and they walked me through the entire process.

Very quick response and frequent updates on the status of my loan and closing details throughout the process.
The Process was extremely delayed without clear communication of when it would be completed. It would have been quicker to purchase a new home than it was to do a simple refinance. It was a little disappointing especially since my previous loan was already with pennymac. It shouldn't have taken 5 months to complete when no outside company was involved.
