no one seemed to understand how to handle a refinance when 2 people are on the home deed but one person on the mortgage. I had to call several times to get this clarified and had to have two closings scheduled since paper work had to be change.
Other than needing more cash to close, it was a great experience.
Tony was great. Kept us updated all the way through.
Everything was quick and efficient.
