I have been with PennyMac for many years and decided it was time to refinance. Working with Alberto and the MAC team was so easy and convenient. They were there through out the entire process, answering my questions, helping me get the information posted and keeping everything on time for closing. It could not have been any easier.
The process was quick and painless. Everyone I spoke with knew what they were doing. Actually closed earlier than projected.
Kyle McTighe was very business friendly, effective and efficient.

There was a problem with how the points were going to be calculate and that took time to be corrected. Once, that was done the loan went smooth and I am self employed. Thank you.
